This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to innospin.in, operated by A/M Innospin Systems Pvt. Ltd.

What we collect

We collect information in only one place on this site: the contact form. When you choose to submit it, you give us your name, your email address, and your message. You may also give us your company name, phone number, enquiry type and a subject line, all of which are optional.

We do not ask for or want any other personal information, and we do not have accounts, logins or passwords on this site.

Why we collect it

Only so that we can reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, continue a conversation about your mill. We do not sell this information, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing purposes.

How a form submission reaches us

This website has no server of its own. When you submit the contact form, it is passed through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards it to us by email. Web3Forms handles the message in transit and their own privacy terms apply to that step. Once it arrives, the enquiry sits in our email account like any other message.

The RTS Configuration Portal

The configuration portal on this site runs entirely inside your own browser. The mill details you enter, including spindle counts, doffing intervals and production figures, are never sent to us or to anyone else, and are not stored anywhere. When you close the page, they are gone. If you want us to see a configuration, you have to send it to us yourself.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If we add visitor analytics later, we will update this page and say what it collects before it goes live.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email and in our internal records for as long as they are commercially useful, in the same way as an enquiry that arrives by phone or at an exhibition. If you would like us to delete yours, ask and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to either address below and we will deal with it.
